MyDepot takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and offline. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers), that information is encrypted and is protected with SSL encryption. All of our users' information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. The servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. We never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13. In order to subscribe to MyDepot's services, the member must be 18 with a valid credit card.

This section specifically describes how Mydepot Inc ("MyDepot"), operating as an Amazon Selling Partner API ("SP-API") Solution Provider, handles information obtained through Amazon's Selling Partner API, referred to as "Amazon Information." This section applies to all Amazon Information and takes precedence over any conflicting terms in the general sections above with respect to Amazon data.
